Volunteers will join us in this celebration of local Holocaust survivors. This special event will be held at B'nai Torah Congregation in Boca Raton on Tuesday, December 17th from 11am to 1pm. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 10:30am for orientation. Responsibilities of the volunteers include:
- greeting our guests as they arrive, escorting them off buses and assisting them to their seats
- interacting, socializing and dance with guests to join in the festivities
- handing out to-go containers and bags for the guests to pack up their leftovers
- escorting our guests to the proper buses at the end of the lunch
*Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be on your feet for a couple of hours. Also, please make sure to eat prior to volunteering or bring snacks with you, the luncheon meal is for Survivors only.
