In the event of a storm this hurricane season, JFS wants to be prepared. Help us pack post-storm food bags that will be ready for delivery to our most vulnerable community members, just in case it is needed.
This will take place at the Jacobson Family Food Pantry, 430 S. Congress Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445.
The shift will be on Thursday, September 7 from 10-11:30am.
What we are packing: All post storm bags will be set up in assembly-line style for the volunteers to fill. Expect approximately 700 bags packed with food. The food includes items such as Tuna, canned Peaches, canned spaghetti o’s, canned mac n cheese.
